We have been producing The Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) #Nuclear conference for a number of years and in 2015 were approached to also handle the production elements and delegate management side of their biannual Nuclear New Build conference (NNB15).
Each year the association aims to build on the successful formats of their previous events, enhancing social elements such as Twitter and building a fresh new stage set year on year. All of the above needs to be accomplished within a strict budget.
everything is possible
We put together a fully branded online registration website which was able to accommodate a variety of delegate packages, including interactive elements which enhanced delegate engagement. Additionally, a detailed financial summary was supplied to the client on a monthly basis providing them with regular updates.
An event app was produced with standard functionality plus additional features which included an interactive exhibitor floor plan, allowing the client to engage with delegates throughout the event.
We love working on NIA events as it allows us to get our creative heads on, with a new stage set for every event. Our set designs have received excellent feedback from the client and audience members alike. For NNB15 a large central screen was provided using a cubic theme similar to the conference logo, the cubic screens on the peripheries were also used as individual screens when deemed appropriate, for example showing sponsor logos.
The stage set design for the #Nuclear Conference featured a super wide screen which was slanted to match the conference logo and included a Twitter Wall which could slide in and out as and when required. This was considered a highlight of the conference by many.
Due to exceeding expectations during our handling of the online and onsite delegate management system and also the event app for the Nuclear New Build Conference, we were subsequently asked to provide both of these services for #Nuclear.
Client feedback highlighted the event app and stage designs as being stand out points of the events, with both delegates and exhibitors praising the creativity involved.
What did our client say?
This conference really has been one of the best for us and we received a lot of compliments on the stage set and smooth running of the programme and exhibition, so thanks again for all your hard work, patience with us and for helping us make the event a success.
